Day 13 - 9th of March

We put the clocks an hour forward on Saturday night so are now on summer time. It has given us an hour longer of daylight in the evenings, which enables us to get 18 holes in comfortably starting after 2.00 pm.

We have had another day with temperatures up into the 80sF. We played golf this afternoon at Buffalo Creek. We played with two american men ?stev and Tim)who were in the area for 6 months and 3 months respectively. We played quite quickly for a 4 ball on an American course, but were conscious that there was a 2 ball behind us who played up pretty close to us on a couple of occasions. I didn't play as well today but felt that the course needed a bit of tlc. Some of the greens were vey bumpy and had pitch marks and divots filled with sand.

We have some new neighbours upstairs which includes a young boy who, since we got back from golf, has spent his time  running up and down the wooden floor which must make a nice sound to him.  He is still running about after 9pm so hopefully he won't wake up too early in the morning!

The lady paddle boarding is from one of the $6,000,000 houses opposite.  She kindly agreed for me to take a picture of her - I suggested that Liz have a go but she did not seem willing to try!!!
